I bought this as a gift for my friend, but the product I received package were totally broken. Because it is a gift, so requested exchange it. But SPAO refused to do that. They say product itself it’s ok. So not a reason to exchange.

WHY i have to spent same money and took a broken package???? If you buy something in the shop, will you choose a broken one???
